Q: What is the bed and room configuration?
A:  The Master bedroom overlooks the lake and has a hand-carved queen sized bed with its own private full bath. The second bedroom has four custom designed oversized single beds with comforters in a “bunk” configuration. It also has a full bath. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room by the fireplace. It is a double bed.

Q: What all is provided?
A:  We provide all of the linens, sheets, blankets and towels We provide an initial supply of TP, tissues, soap, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo and even bath gel.

Q: What is provided in the kitchen?
A:  We stock a fully functional kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots & pans, dinnerware, silverware and even many spices!

Q: Is it a gas or wood fireplace?
A: We converted the fireplace to gas for convenience, safety and ambiance. All you have to do is momentarily press the remote “start” button on the column next to the kitchen bar. The fire will ignite within a minute or so and provide you with that warm mountain atmosphere for two hours when it will automatically shut off. You may again press the start button to light it again.

Q: Do you have a BBQ?
A: We provide a beautiful stainless steel built-in BBQ on the spacious deck overlooking the lake. You must turn on the gas tank below, then turn on one of the burners on the BBQ and then drop in a match to manually light the gas grill. If the grill does not light immediately turn the burner knob to off and let the gas dissipate before reattempting a light.

Q: How do we check in? check out?
A: There is no “check in” per se. You will have access to the condo on or after 4 PM on your scheduled arrival day. Entry is keyless. You will be given a code for your stay which will allow access via the programmable electronic lock. You and your guests will use the electronic code during your stay each time you enter the condo. We will also give you a backup code to a realtor box which is located right next to the door in the unlikely event that the electronic lock fails. In that box is a conventional key. You will only need that key in the event that the electronic lock malfunctions. To “check out” simply turn off lights and appliances, gather your personal belongings and depart no later than 11 AM. Our cleaning crew arrives at 11 AM to prepare the condo for our next guest.

Q: What are the parking arrangements?
A: We have two assigned parking spots per condo inside the garage on the lower level (P1) with elevator access. Additional outside parking is available as well on a first come first served basis.

Q: What floor are these condos on?
A: Both of our two condos sit side by side on the 3rd floor of a small four floor building. The 3rd and 4th floor of our building have the most panoramic views overlooking the lake. There is elevator access to both the parking lot and garage as well as two stairwells to each floor.

Q: Is there a pool and/or hot tub? Is it private or community?
A: Yes, we have an indoor pool with changing rooms and bath rooms. In addition we have a hot tub with waterfall in an atrium area overlooking the snow capped mountains. Our building at Point Dillon is a very small property with only 32 condos. Most of them are owned by families for their own personal use, and only a handful are rented. Therefore, depending, it is more common than not to find no one else using them.

Q: How do we get into the parking garage? The pool and hot tub?
A: Once you enter the condo there will be a key hanging on a stick right inside the condo. Use this key for access to the garage, pool and hot tub. Please don’t forget to return the key to its hook upon your departure! Alternatively, you will be issued a code separate from the condo code that changes frequently and allows you access to the garage walk in door and the pool and hot tub area.

Q: Where is the garage, the pool and the hot tub?
A: The garage, the pool and the hot tub are all on the lower level P1. Parking spots inside the garage are assigned and are labeled on the wall. For the pool and hot tub, go down to P1 out the side door and across the very short walk to the pool door. Use the pool code to access the pool.
