About #303 The Crystal Peak Suite
and #304 The Summit Suite
Both #303 The Crystal Peak Suite and #304 The Summit Suite condos are nearly identical. They are a mirror image of each other. They both have unobstructed panoramic identical views as they are located adjacent to each other. The only difference between the two is that The Crystal Peak’s living room is appointed with hand carved aspen log furniture with hunter green fabric while The Summit’s living room is appointed with Bob Timberlake designer green leather furniture. The layout, décor and furnishings were done identically.

Should you wish to rent BOTH of our premier lakefront condos together, we have connected the two of them and installed double sound insulated doors. When both of these doors are opened, the two condos open into a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 full bath, penthouse style home which can accommodate up to 16 people. The doors open up to connect the two dining and bar areas while keeping the bedrooms private.
The Kitchen: Granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry make this a hardy gourmet mountain kitchen with all the appliances including ice maker, cold water dispenser, refrigerator, oven, glass top stove, DW, wine hutch and all utensils. Coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of dishes and pots and pans are provided. We also provide an assortment of spices and condiments. A hand carved aspen log bar which seats three opens through to the dining area. The lake is visible from the kitchen through the bar and living room.
Dining Room: The rustic wood dining table seats six with three more at the adjacent log bar. Lighting the table is an antler chandelier. The fireplace, views and mountain furnishings make dining here an enchanting experience.
Living Room: Hand carved aspen wood furniture, stone fireplace, log beamed ceiling, stone floors, and exquisite mountain furnishings all add to the rustic decor. A comfortable couch, love seat and easy chair allow you to enjoy the warmth of the fire while taking in the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The is a TV hutch with cable TV, DVD/VCR player. Along side there is a small desk with a phone and a CD/Stereo.
Master Bedroom: The Master bedroom has a comfy and romantic Queen sized bed with 500 thread count sheets and comforter overlooking the lake. There is a night stand, dresser, leather easy chair with reading light, double closets and a convenient hand carved aspen wall mounted clothes rack and shelf for those ski clothes. The view from bed is spectacular!
Master Bath: The Master bath comes with a full shower/tub, double vanities with hand pounded copper sinks, travertine countertops, aspen trimmed mirror and custom made aspen towel racks.
Guest Bedroom: The guest room is reminiscent of the old west bunk houses though we have made it far more luxurious and suitable for full sized folks. With custom designed oversized single aspen log bunk beds with special mattresses and plush comforters, everyone will enjoy a good night’s sleep. The guest bedroom also has a dresser, changing bench, a closet and a convenient hand carved aspen wall mounted clothes rack and shelf for those ski clothes.
Guest Bathroom: The Guest bath comes with a full shower/tub, vanitiy with hand pounded copper sink, travertine countertop, aspen trimmed mirror and custom made aspen towel racks. It is immediately adjacent to the guest bedroom.
The Deck: Unlike many condos, this condo has an expansive lakeside deck that accommodates a cedar log table and chairs, a couple of loungers and a built in BBQ to enjoy the full impact of the spectacular waterfront scenery. With a wire railing to maximize the view of the lake, it is an ideal place to sit and relax and take in the high country! A stainless steel built in BBQ, a stone buffet and stone base with the lake and mountain backdrop will help serve up a BBQ you won’t soon forget!
