CHECK IN: 4PM - Our GREETER will meet you at the house with fresh flower leis for each guest and to show you some of the features of the house.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM - Maids arrive promptly at 11AM, kindly plan your departure accordingly.

Guests: All Guest must be registered and liability release submitted. Unregistered guests are not authorized to reside on the property under any circumstances. Max number of guests is 12 on the property.

Confirmation & Deposit Policy: MC/Visa will be taken to hold a reservation for ten days pending receipt of a check or EFT. A check or EFT for 50% of rental is due within 10 days of booking or reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. A check or EFT for the remaining 50% is due on or before 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after 24 hours of booking and prior to 60 days of arrival are subject to a $1000.00 fee. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival are subject to a full forfeiture of deposit unless the Premises can be re-rented. Failure to make timely payments as required herein will result in lease cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

Quiet Time: This is an exclusive, guard patrolled, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Absolute quiet time is 10 PM. Please be courteous.
