CHECK IN: 4PM – The condo will be ready for you at 4 PM. Please use the entry code provided to let yourself in. The code will be active at that time.
CHECK OUT: 11AM – Maids arrive promptly at 11AM, kindly plan your departure accordingly.
Guests: All Guest must be registered and liability release signed by the tenant. Unregistered guests are not authorized to reside on the property under any circumstances. Max number of guests is 8 per condo.
Confirmation & Deposit Policy: MC/Visa will be taken to hold a reservation for ten days pending receipt of a check or EFT. A check or EFT for 50% of rental is due within 10 days of booking or reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. A check or EFT for the remaining 50% is due on or before 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after 24 hours of booking and prior to 60 days of arrival are subject to a $200.00 fee. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival are subject to a full forfeiture of deposit. Failure to make timely payments as required herein will result in lease cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
Quiet Time: This is an exclusive upscale quiet condo building.
Absolute quiet time is 10 PM. Please be courteous.
