CHECK IN: 4PM – The condo will be ready for you at 4 PM. Please use the entry code provided to let yourself in. The code will be active at that time.
CHECK OUT: 11AM – Maids arrive promptly at 11AM, kindly plan your departure accordingly.
Guests: All Guest must be registered and liability release signed by the tenant. Unregistered guests are not authorized to reside on the property under any circumstances. Max number of guests and visitors is 8.
Confirmation & Deposit Policy: MC/Visa will be taken to hold a reservation for ten days pending receipt of EFT. An EFT for 50% of rental is due within 10 days of booking or reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. An EFT for the remaining 50% is due on or before 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after 24 hours of booking and prior to 60 days of arrival are subject to a $250.00 fee. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival are subject to a full forfeiture of funds. Failure to make timely payments as required herein will result in lease cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
Quiet Time: This is an exclusive upscale quiet condo building.
Absolute quiet time is 10 PM. Please be courteous.
