CHECK IN: 4 PM – The condo will be ready for you at 4 PM. Please use the entry code provided to let yourself in. The code will be active at that time.
CHECK OUT: 11 AM – Maids arrive promptly at 11 AM; kindly plan your departure accordingly.
Guests: All Guests must be registered, and a liability release must be signed by the tenant. Unregistered guests are not authorized to reside on the property under any circumstances. Max number of guests and visitors is 6.
Confirmation & Deposit Policy: MC/Visa will be taken to hold a reservation for ten days pending receipt of EFT. An EFT for 50% of the rental is due within 10 days of booking, or the reservation will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. An EFT for the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after 24 hours of booking and prior to 60 days of arrival are subject to a $250.00 fee. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival are subject to a full forfeiture of funds. Failure to make timely payments as required herein will result in lease cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
Quiet Time: This is an exclusive upscale quiet condo building.
Absolute quiet time is 10 PM. Please be courteous.
